Keto/plant based Kung pao cauliflower
Cauliflower
Red pepper
Green pepper
Red onion
Cashews
Garlic
Sauce:
Soy sauce
Chili garlic sauce
Cooking wine
Swerve
Bake cauliflower in oven at 485° for 25 minutes with olive oil and salt
In pan, sauté peppers, onions, and garlic
Add cauliflower, cashews, and sauce and cook on high for 1 minute

Keto Asian inspired chicken and slaw
Chicken recipe:
Marinate chicken breasts in
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar swerve
1 tbsp ginger
1 tbsp garlic
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tsp sesame oil
Cook in skillet til they reach 165° internal temp
Slaw:
Chopped brussel sprouts
1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
1/2 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar swerve
